參與「升學資訊及家長日」的同學，請帶備以下文件作即場報名：

荃灣教育中心

• 入學申請表
• 香港身份證正副本
• 學歷證明（公開試及校內成績）正副本
• 報名費收據正本
• 推薦信（如適用）
 
Please submit your application with the following items on the Information and Parents Days:
• Completed application form
• Original and a copy of your HKID card
• Original and copies of academic transcripts (public exam results slip and secondary school reports)
• Original bank receipt of application fee
• Credentials (if any)
