Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business Studies is a broad-ranging programme which covers the main areas of business and allows students to specialise in topics which reflect their career aspirations. The study of business not only develops key personal skills, but helps students to formulate, evaluate and recommend solutions to business problems. It underpins most business decision making and strategic analysis. It will also develop understanding of the conceptual basis of the subject and its application to business procedures and practices./p>

This programme is offered by LIFE in Collaboration with the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. Students will be awarded the degrees by the University of Wales upon completion of study;
The programme has been validated by the Validation Board of the University of Wales and the awarded degree is fully accredited by the University of Wales. University of Wales degrees are recognized worldwide;

Admission to Year 1
To be admitted to Year One of the programme, applicants should normally hold one of the followings:
Passes in 2 AL / 1 AL + 2 AS subjects OR equivalent; OR
Successful completion of an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma at QF Level 4; OR
Mature students of aged 21 or above; OR
Other equivalent qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Admission to Year 2
Advanced standing will be given to holders of recognized Sub-degrees (including Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Professional Diploma, etc) or equivalent qualifications in business related disciplines on admission, upon the recommendation of the Institution and approval of the University of Wales. Applicants may apply for credit exemption which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
English language requirements:
The following English Language tests or qualifications are acceptable as evidence of this competence (one of the followings):
Pass in the Use if English of HKAL Examination; or
IELTS Score 6.0 or equivalent; or
TOFEL minimum 550; or<
Students who have completed within the last five years at least three years education entirely through the medium of English, and have the official academic evidence to support this claim may be exempted from having to taken an IELTS test. Approval of exemption will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
