Programme Objectives

The course introduces different key issues in communication and interpersonal relations. The idea of co-work/team-work, which may lead to creative and effective approaches to problems solving and getting work done, is widely used in the academic field as well as the workplaces nowadays. Employers appreciate employees who get along well with people at all levels. Therefore, they seek employees who have good interpersonal skills, such as communication, problem solving, and teamwork abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills enable one to work with others harmoniously and efficiently. Working well with others involves understanding and appreciating individual differences and it also means using those differences to one’s best advantage. This course was designed by taking all these into reference.
