​Provide an introduction to the concepts and practices of human resource management within HKSAR. Provide an understanding of the human resource management role and function within the key areas of resourcing, reward, development and relations.

This course provides further education opportunity for Form Five, Project Yi Jin graduates or mature adults. Graduates of this course may articulate to higher level of studies or join the workforce.

• 成绩考核包括持续评估（例如：作业丶专题报告等）及考试。持续评估占各科总分60%，而考试则占40%；

• 持续评估及考试之及格分数为50%；

• 各科之出席率最低要求为80%。
