• 3 passes in the HKCEE, and Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese Language & English Language with 2 years of working experience; or

• Satisfactory completion of Project Yi Jin Programme with 2 years of working experience; or

• Being 21 years of age or above; or

• Other equivalent qualifications to be assessed by LIFE.

This subject provides students with basic management skills and a solid foundation in the academic disciplines of business studies. Content of this subject includes: Introduction to Management, Introduction to Marketing, and Introduction to Human Resources Management. Students will be assessed by 100% coursework.

• Students’ performance is assessed by the continuous assessments (i.e. written assignment / projects), practicum and examinations. The weighting of assessment for continuous assessments is 100%.

• The passing mark for both continuous assessment and examination is 50%.

• Students are required to achieve a minimum of 80% attendance in each subject.
