Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above / the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal+
When the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, students should follow the below arrangements:
A. For classes and examinations that have not started, classes and examinations will be suspended, if
1. Hong Kong Observatory announces that Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is likely to be issued within the next two hours on or after the following times;
2. Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force on or after the following times;

Classes / Examinations Resumption Arrangement
After the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above / the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered during the following time periods, the following arrangements for classes and examinations will take place, provided that weather and transport conditions are allowed.

Arrangement of Cancelled Classes / Examinations
If classes / examinations are cancelled due to adverse weather, CCLU and LIFE will inform students about the make-up classes / examinations arrangement. Please pay attention to the announcement in due course.
