Welcome to the website of The Community College at Lingnan University (CCLU) and Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE).
 
Upholding the ideals of liberal arts traditions of Lingnan University, we are dedicated to providing quality whole-person education in order to equip our students with all-round attributes such as critical thinking, international vision, versatile skills, and socially responsible values. 
 
We are adopting a student-centred approach that focuses on small-class teaching and close connection between teachers and students.  A vast majority of the full-time programmes are delivered at the well-quipped New Academic Block on Lingnan University main campus locating at Tuen Mun.  Students are able to enjoy full access to all learning facilities and amenities on main campus. To offer multiple academic advancement opportunities for youngsters in the community, Tuen Mun (Tai Hing) Education Centre will commence its operation in July 2015.
 
We provide an array of programmesaiming to pitch at learners of different levels, such as Yi Jin diploma, sub-degree, and top-up degree programmes in collaboration with overseas renowned universities. We continuously strive for excellent programme quality through a constantly improving quality assurance mechanism.All of our associate degree and higher diplomaprogrammes are accredited and recognised at Hong Kong Qualifications Framework Level 4. A comprehensive monitoring system is also enacted whereby all programmes are overseen by management committees of individual programme divisions, which make recommendations to higher level committees of CCLU and LIFE. Recently, we have conducted a holistic curriculum review to ensure that our programmesnot only keep pace with the latest development of the society but also cater for the needs of students. To enhance teaching quality, course evaluations and student consultations are conducted every semester.  We have a team of dedicated teaching faculty members with professional expertise in different areas to provide quality teaching to our students.

As an integral part of Lingnan University, we endeavor to pass on the Lingnan spirit, which is marked by passion, loyalty, perseverance, openness to different ideas and cultures and a readiness to serve, to our students.
